Option 1 – Standard Delivery $10.00

All orders are tracked by Australia Post. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has left us.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present at the nominated address to accept delivery, a calling card will be left in your letterbox indicating the post office from which you can collect your parcel (you will need to present photo ID and the tracking information to collect your parcel).

OPTION 2 – Express Delivery $15.00

This service guarantee’s next business day delivery to 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.

This service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.

To determine if your delivery address falls within the next business day service network, please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Express Post service.

For deliveries that fall outside of the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links to get your order to you.


There are two options to ship international:

1: A flat rate $10.00AUD using Australia Post’s Parcel Post. (untracked)

2: A flat rate $15.00AUD using Australia Post’s Tracked Parcel Post. (tracked)

Both of these services take 6-20 business days to complete. please note: holds no responsibility for any lost or missing parcel’s sent via the untracked service above.

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

To the best of our ability, orders received between business hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched within 24 hours for express delivery option and 48 hours `for standard delivery.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

SHE By Sharry Online does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, Australia Post will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
